Payment options include cash, company check, or pre-approved credit. We also accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover, but at time of purchase only. Incoming checks will be verified through a check verification service. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned check. If your account is turned over to an attorney or collection agency, you will be liable for all legal and/or collection costs.

Credit applications are available upon request and will be accepted with the following guidelines:

You need to be an established business for a minimum of 3 months.
The credit application must be filled out completely and signed before it is processed.
Application processing time will take approximately 2 weeks. A letter will be mailed upon completion.Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.A monthly bookkeeping fee of 1.5% (18% A.P.R.) will be charged for all invoices past 30 days.We reserve the right to deny or suspend credit for any customer. Any account over 60 days will revert to C.O.D. Re-establishing credit will be handled on an individual basis.

Although we stock and maintain only hardy and healthy stock, no guarantee is offered as to the productivity of material. Plants are warranted to be true to name. Buyer agrees to inspect nursery stock upon receipt.We accept no responsibility for the guarantees our customers give, including any governmental department or agency. Buyer agrees to inspect nursery stock upon receipt. Acceptance of plant materials and understanding of the preceding warranty is indicated by one's signature on the accompanying invoice.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Plant material selected from the nursery may not be returned. Plants delivered and accepted by the customer may not be returned.
